Shipping policies

Your jewelry will arrive to you between 1-5 business days. We will do everything possible to reduce these times, and for you to receive your pieces quickly!

We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may generate delays and additional charges that must be assumed by the client.

-Shipping in Medellin costs $7,000 COP (delivery in 1 to 5 business days)
-Shipping nationwide to main cities $13,000 COP and intermediate cities $15,000 (delivery 1 to 5 business days).

Please note that orders are taken from the business day following receipt.
